Backed by a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Canterbury, my core differentiator in the New Zealand market is a specialized competency in building performance simulation. 16,000 sq ft commercial office building completed within 12 months. Led as the sole architect from concept to handover, designing the façade, coordinating flat slab structural systems, and integrating MEP services with consultants.

The Façade Lounge – Collaborative Design Studio
The Façade Lounge” at the University of Canterbury is a modern, versatile space designed for the façade industry. The one or two-story facility acts as a hub where professionals can meet, test, and innovate, while also serving as a lounge for clients, local authorities, and industry organizations such as BRANZ.
Residence for Dr.Binoy
A 6000 sq ft tropical residence in Kayamkulam designed for a doctor's family of five, reflecting their vision of luxurious, open, and nature-connected living. Spacious interiors, seamless indoor to outdoor connections, and integrated landscaping define this serene family retreat.
Bizarre
One of my first end to end projects: a contemporary Kerala home blending terracotta roofs, courtyards, and warm materials as a modern take on regional architecture, rooted in light, ventilation, and landscape.
